How your photo is used

This page describes the current development preview, reviewed on November 7, 2026. Operator contact details and the public-service privacy and purchase terms are still being finalized before launch.

Before analysis

Selecting a photo creates a preview in your browser. It does not automatically start AI analysis. After you click Start analysis, Google sign-in is required for the normal report flow. Google supplies basic account profile information to establish your signed-in session.

Measurements and AI feedback

Face landmarks and numerical scores are calculated in your browser. For both free and full AI feedback, a compressed JPEG copy of the photo and measurement findings are sent through OpenRouter to a vision-capable model. Landmark coordinates and the original filename are not included.

The JPEG is re-encoded by the browser without the original file’s embedded metadata. The original photo is not written to application server files. Third-party processing is governed by the providers’ own policies; this service does not promise that a provider deletes all data immediately.

Optional full-look preview

When you request the full styling preview, the prepared photo and styling instructions are sent to Volcengine Seedream. A vision-capable model also reviews the original and generated images. These requests are part of the full-report workflow, not a new image generated just by selecting a photo.

Temporary recovery and caches

  • This browser tab saves a photo/report draft that is eligible for recovery for up to two hours. Choosing another photo clears the saved draft; you can also remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
  • A short-lived server cache helps reuse completed analysis. Your signed-in account, calculated scores, accepted report text, generation status and usage records are also saved in our Neon PostgreSQL database. They are not deleted when the temporary cache expires or this tab closes.
  • Personal generated previews are served through an access-checked endpoint and eligible for reuse from server memory for up to two hours. Restarting the service can remove them. Public sample images are separate demonstration assets.
  • Saved text reports can be reopened from My reports after Google sign-in. Original photos, facial landmark coordinates and styling image files are not included in this database copy. The local test login does not create a persistent account or save reports to the database. Automated deletion and the public-service retention policy are still being finalized before launch.

Expired server entries are removed when the service next checks its cache. These reuse windows are not guaranteed deletion deadlines.

Support chat

When enabled, our support chat is provided by Crisp. Loading the chat connects your browser to Crisp and uses a browser session to maintain the conversation. Crisp can receive connection and page information, and processes messages, contact details or attachments you choose to share in the chat.

Our chat integration does not automatically attach your analysis photo, scores or report text, or copy your Google profile into the chat. See Crisp’s privacy information for details about its processing. Support conversations are separate from the reports saved in My reports.

Processing providers

OpenRouter privacy information and Volcengine privacy information describe provider practices. The model used for AI feedback can depend on the configured provider route. These third-party policies are separate from the temporary application caches described above.

Account and report storage uses Neon, accessed by our server. A saved report is shown only to its signed-in owner.
