Facial proportion score
84.2/ 100
AI-generated sample portrait, analyzed with our report workflow.
Your rounded eyes have slightly lifted outer corners. The gentler, flatter line of your brows softens that upward angle, giving the eye area definition without a strongly angular look.
View the full sample reportA number is a starting point. Your report explains the features behind it: how your eyes and brows frame your expression, how your facial proportions relate, and what gives your outline its character.
The score measures how closely your proportions match selected reference ranges. AI feedback adds a subjective reading of your photo. Neither is an objective verdict on your beauty or a population ranking. Read how your score is calculated.

A facial harmony test looks at how features relate: their size, spacing and placement. Your report connects these measurements with AI observations, helping you understand the overall impression rather than viewing each feature in isolation.
For example, an upward eye-corner angle can sit alongside a gentler brow shape, while a rounded chin can soften a narrowing jawline. Open the photo evidence to see the proportions behind each explanation.
See left-right measurements across your brows, eyes, nose, lips and outline, with matching points marked on your photo. Symmetry is one part of the full report, alongside proportions, contours and the way your features work together.
Head angle, expression and lighting can affect apparent differences. These observations describe the photo and do not determine attractiveness on their own.
Camera position, expression, lighting and distance can affect the visible relationships between features. A different score after taking another photo does not necessarily mean your face changed. Start with a simple, consistent photograph.
All six analysis categories share a single face detection. The code calculates ratios, angles, and symmetry based on identical pixel coordinates, with specific measurement methods and visible segments for each. Vertical segments are measured along the facial reference axis, and eye corner angles are calculated relative to that axis. AI commentary is generated automatically after you start the analysis and your photo passes initial screening; it does not participate in measurements or scoring.
The proportion score uses FreeHarmony's calibrated, neutral reference ranges across 18 metrics in four areas: eyes, midface, jaw and symmetry. Scoring runs in your browser. Both free and full reports send a compressed photo and measurement findings through OpenRouter for visual AI feedback; landmark coordinates are not sent. AI commentary does not calculate or change your score.
Symmetry is calculated by using the line from the center of the forehead to the center of the chin as a reference axis, mirroring left-side points to the right, and comparing them to corresponding points.
D = Average mirror difference across five regions (as a percentage of face width)
Independent symmetry experimental reference score = max(0, 100 − 5 × D)
Distances are calculated in pixel space and divided by face width to prevent distortion from image aspect ratios. The five regions are weighted equally; real-world millimeter dimensions are not inferred from a single photo.
The coefficient 5 in the formula is an experimental rule for the current prototype, not a scientific standard. This score has not been calibrated against population or attractiveness datasets and does not contribute to the FreeHarmony total score above.

The face rater combines two parts: software calculates a proportion score from facial landmarks, and AI reviews your photo and results to describe your appearance. The AI does not invent the numerical score. Its commentary is a subjective interpretation, not a vote from real people.
Treat it as another perspective on your photo. Pose, expression, lighting and image quality can affect measurements and AI observations. The same landmark coordinates produce the same calculated score, but different photos can produce different results. We do not claim a validated attractiveness accuracy rate.
Your score out of 100 summarizes how closely selected measurements match the reference ranges for the eyes, midface, jaw and facial symmetry. A higher score means a closer match to those rules. It is not a percentile or a percentage of people who would find you attractive.
Symmetry compares left and right features. Harmony concerns size, spacing and placement across the face. Our rule-based score combines eye, midface, jaw and symmetry measurements using FreeHarmony reference bands. It does not establish objective attractiveness.
Not currently. We do not convert the symmetry result into a PSL score. PSL-style tools vary in their scales and criteria, so introducing one would require its own defined method and explanation.
No. The current test needs one clear, front-facing photo with one person. If a photo is unsuitable, the quality check explains why. Taking a second photo is optional if you want to explore how photographic conditions affect the result.
Yes. After you start and sign in, a compressed photo and measurements are sent through OpenRouter for free and full AI feedback. A requested full-look preview also uses Volcengine Seedream. Landmark coordinates and original filenames are not sent. Signed-in accounts and accepted text reports are stored so you can reopen them; photo recovery and generated images still use temporary storage. Read the photo privacy page for the current data flow and retention details.
Read how your photo is usedNo change is required. The full report can offer a small number of relevant everyday presentation or photo suggestions, but does not force a problem or a change. The purpose is another reference for understanding your features.
